FAQ

First, make sure that you are logged into Netbadge. Signing into Collab or SIS is an easy way to make sure that you have a current, valid Netbadge login.

Second, navigate to the funding request page. If you get an error message that looks like the one below, then you need to re-sign into Netbadge.

How do I re-sign into Netbadge?

You have two options to re-sign into Netbadge. The first option is to simply open up a new web browser, sign into Netbadge in that browser and then follow the funding system link.

The second option is to completely close your browser. Close all windows and tabs, and quit the program (if on a Mac). Then, open the browser, log into Netbadge, and follow the funding system link.

How do I create a new request?

On the home page, start by clicking on the black “Create new Request” button. From there, fill out each of the boxes and drop-down menus, as seen in the image below.

In order to update the Contacts, Expenses, Council Goals, and Other Sources of Funding portions of the form, your must use the plus buttons pictured below.

Please note that you must click the blue button to “Update” each individual contact, expense, Council goal, and other source of funding that you list. Once updated, your information will look like this:

You should submit each of your expense items separately in the Expenses section.

If you need to save your work while the form is incomplete, click on the blue “Create” button at the bottom of the page. Once you have completed the form and are ready to submit your pre-approval, click on the blue “Create and Submit to council” button.

If the Council votes to fund your event, you will be contacted by either our Funding Chair. In order to receive a reimbursement, you will have to add information to a few new sections of the form.

How do I update the Funding System once my event has been approved?

If the Council votes to fund your event, you will be contacted by either our Treasurer or Funding Chair. In order to receive a reimbursement, you will have to add information to a few new sections of the form.
