About Us
College Council is the governing body of the College of Arts and Sciences at UVA and is dedicated to representing the needs and interests of its students, serving as peer academic advisors, strengthening college identity, fostering faculty-student relations, and connecting with alumni. These goals provide our organization with ample opportunity to give back to the College and make an impact on such a diverse, unique community. We are also eager to provide funding to other student organizations (CIOs) on Grounds in the form of co-sponsorships as well as financing faculty-student interaction grants and independent research grants.
